It appears Yellow Jacket is focusing on marketing new products to Technicians. This seems great but I see less and less YJ products being purchased by my Coworkers. There has been a lot of talk between technicians that YJ Customer Service and Support has fallen by the waist side. I have had One bad experience personally regarding the Brute 2 manifold and YJ. I have since given up and the manifold has been used as a paper weight since. Between my limited experience and what I hear from the HVACR community I do not buy YJ products due to lack of support.
Long story short, It is obvious you want to sell more, But YJ as a company needs to stand behind the products they sell.
