* You must complete, submit and pass the exam before 11:59 pm on June 30, 2012 to be entered into the random drawing. No purchase necessary. Only one prize will be given per person. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries will disqualify all entries from that person. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, or incompletely received, due to any reason, including technical malfunction or incompatibility, will not be eligible. No telephone calls accepted. Employees and immediate family members of the employees of Ritchie Engineering, Ritchie Engineering sales agent companies, and Ritchie Engineering wholesalers and their agents are excluded from entering and winning. Random drawing will be held at Ritchie Engineering the week of July 2, 2012. First drawing will be for RecoverXLT Refrigerant Recovery Machine. BULLET Vacuum Pump winner will be chosen from remaining names, followed by Heat Pump Manifold. Winners will be notified by email within 4 days of selection and must claim prize within 14 days of being notified. If you are confirmed to be a winner of this giveaway, you may not exchange your prize for cash or any other merchandise or services. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, we may award it to a runner up. If you are considered a minor in your state or province of residence, your prize may be awarded to your parent/legal guardian on your behalf. Unless otherwise noted, all prizes are subject to the warranty and/or terms and conditions. Any applicable taxes and tax reporting are the sole responsibility of the winner. Ritchie Engineering reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any entry or this program in case of computer virus or other technical impairment. In the event of early termination, a random drawing will be made from all entries eligible at that time.
